Do I need to go to a clinic to use this?
Yes. Core is applied by your aesthetic provider during or immediately after your treatment (microneedling, RF, laser, or chemical peel). Shield is applied at home post-treatment. If you don't have a provider yet, email us and we can help you find one.
Is the MBL System safe? Is it FDA-approved?
The MBL System is a cosmetic skincare product, formulated to a single exacting standard and produced under strict, quality-controlled manufacturing conditions. Like all cosmetic skincare, it is not a drug and is not intended to treat any medical condition. We recommend applying it with your licensed aesthetic provider, who can tailor it to your skin and treatment plan.

How is this different from other two-step skincare systems?
Most systems are just two serums sold together. The MBL System is a sequenced ritual: Core delivers a concentrated micronutrient complex timed to your treatment window, Shield seals in the result with hyaluronic acid. Together, Core and Shield make up the Hydra Micronutrient Complex (HMC), the two-vial formulation the ritual is built on. The sequence is what separates it from anything else on the market.
How long does one kit last?
One MBL System (Core + Shield bundle) is designed for one treatment session. Most people schedule aesthetic treatments every 4-6 weeks. VIP membership is structured around that cadence at $495/order.

Why is Core applied during microneedling but not during RF?
During microneedling, the channels created by needles allow direct delivery of Core at the optimal absorption window. RF microneedling uses radio-frequency energy during the procedure, and applying Core during RF exposure would work against the formula. Core is applied post-RF once energy delivery is complete.
